Estates General Manager      to £65,000    Tidworth

The Estates General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the strategic management and development of the entire Estates Function, to include both Estates Management and Estates Commercial Management across the garrison.

Responsibilities include management and coordination of all estates functions, liaising with customers, the Authority, internal departments and other service providers where necessary, ensuring that resources are maintained at an appropriate and effective level and responsible for the financial performance of the Estates function against agreed annual budgets.

The candidate will hold an industry recognised qualification with significant experience of change management, managing a diverse team delivering Estates Management Services and an understanding of Life Cycle fund management, together with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills is essential for this role.
