Property Commissioning Manager                    Aldershot                       £27,000 - £32,000

The manager will have responsibility for the acceptance into service of all new build and refurbished properties.

The manager will be fully involved with the plans for the above including provision of all technical information and the practical aspects of decant, snagging (rattle) and commissioning and handover into full service.

Previous experience in a similar role is required and proven knowledge of financial management and management of staff, tradesmen and contractors.
