Planned Preventative Maintenance Controller    to £36,000          Aldershot

In this position you will have full responsibility for all the maintenance activities covering a diverse range of properties and premises ensuring all works are carried out in a safe, cost effective and timely manner.  You will manage the planned preventative maintenance programme providing appropriate technical support and delivery through company staff and management of sub-contractors (holding regular progress meetings).

To be considered you will have had proven previous experience in the construction or property service industries and asset maintenance.  Your practical experience should be supported with recognised engineering qualifications and ideally you will have knowledge of modern maintenance techniques and have used MS Project.
